Genius, Sure, But Make It Stop . .
I love Paul.
He was a Beatle, forchrisake. He wrote "A Day In The Life" and "I Saw Her Standing There." He has real street cred in the vicious dog-eat-dog 'hood of Rock and Roll.
But for about six weeks each year, I contemplate putting a bullet in his head. Why? The sappiest Christmas song ever! "Wonderful Christmas Time" has to be one of the worst and because of his uber celebrity status, it is played just about every 23 seconds on the airwaves.
The problem, really, with killing Paul for authoring this horrible song, is it will just make a martyr out of him.
Making the song even more popular. Paul's untimely death won't stop the local easy-listening radio station from playing this crap.
Help!
