Recently it was announced that sexual performance enhancing drugs will be approved for Medicaid reimbursement. Old men the nation over will be able put the stiffy pills on the government tab. Husband: "Honey, where did you put my boner pills?" Wife: "They're under the sink, dear, with your porn." In other government headscratching news, a recent study, sponsored by the state of Texas and adminstered by Texas A&M University has discovered that abstinence only sex education programs are not successful among teens. (!!) And an obvious take away from the study shows that abstinence programs tend to get teens thinking more about sex and looking for ways to have it without any consequences. Hmm, teens having sex when the adults in their lives tell them not to. Go figure.
