Flip Flop
During the Presidential Campaign, I believe a position or an action like this was negatively termed a Flip Flop. I guess that only applied to Kerry. Oh, if only the right wing would turn against Bush, but alas, despite all his rhetoric, they will stand by him, thick or thin.
