Coffee Roasting Blues
She isn't dead yet, but I fear the last few grinds are in my trusty coffee roaster. With multiple weekly batches fired up at 600 degree temperatures, I fear she maybe on her last legs. Sigh. It seems this amazing technology is only good for about 18 months or so, then off to the glue factory. With Christmas right around the corner, I can only suggest this as a replacement to stem the shaky needs of my dear, dear comrades in java love.
